Lorestan University Specialized Career Guidance and Job Placement Center
One of the key points in increasing the employment of university graduates is identifying the appropriate job market, providing counseling and career guidance to achieve a job commensurate with the abilities and interests of university graduates. Considering the growth in the number of university graduates, the increasing specialization of work, and the move towards businesses based on advanced technologies, creating structures and specialized career guidance and job placement centers in universities and higher education institutions is a necessity; therefore, in this regard, Lorestan University's Specialized Career Guidance and Job Placement Center has started its activities with a focus on providing services to students and graduates in order to improve the relationship between industry and the university and prepare individuals for entering the job market since March 2021. Among the most important programs of this center are holding empowerment, skills training, and entrepreneurship courses for different groups and providing comprehensive job placement services and, ultimately, introducing capable individuals to organizations and industrial units.
