Today, progress in various industrial, economic, cultural, and social fields is achieved by utilizing the scientific and technological capacities of each country. Therefore, establishing a direct connection between industrial centers, executive bodies, and scientific centers is of great importance. Existing statistics regarding the projects connecting industries and executive bodies with universities and research centers in the country indicate the growth of this indicator in recent years. Considering the transformation plan in the collaborations of universities with society and industry, the main mission of universities in realizing a resilient economy is only possible when they can play a more useful and effective role in connection with society and industry. Certainly, with the development of these connections and projects, universities, in addition to providing a portion of research costs, can fulfill their responsibility in responding to the needs of the country more than ever. The above-mentioned matters are only possible through the logical and systematic expansion of universities with society and industry. On the other hand, the role of research and technology in the development of societies is increasing every day, and considering the role of universities and industries in this matter, the necessity of their connection with industries and executive bodies has become more prominent in recent years. The main mission of universities in realizing a resilient economy is divided into two parts; a significant part of the resilient economy is realized when the country's macroeconomy is gradually based on knowledge, meaning that universities should gradually play a larger role in economic development based on science. Also, the realization of this matter protects universities from various fluctuations and can determine their real progress. Addressing the needs and problems of domestic industries and making them independent of foreign dependencies is the second part of the mission of universities in realizing a resilient economy. Both of the mentioned cases are only possible through the logical and purposeful expansion of the connection of universities with society and industry.
